This listing is so that you can send your broken key to us, to be repaired. When you send the key, if you have the lock as well to send, that's even better. We will do our best to duplicate a key for you, from your original broken key. If we cannot create a key for you, we will contact you right away and arrange for return and refund if necessary.

After purchasing this listing, send the key and/or lock to the address below. Please ship by First Class or Priority Mail. DO NOT SEND IN A STANDARD PAPER ENVELOPE. You risk the Post Office ripping your envelope apart in their sorting machines and losing the contents.

FYI- We cannot be responsible if your shipment is lost in the mail by the shipper so be sure and pack it well. Include a copy of this order, with your shipment
