This key is used on old EAGLE Padlocks. An interesting note about this- "This looks like a lock made by Fort Lock. They bid on government contracts using a six pin tumbler lock, but with their wafer depths and spacing. The code is a secret code used for the government. Probably somebody had this padlock on their duffel bag while in the service and took it home with them."
